The 61-page digital guidebook for the Intermountain Connectors is available with a $25 donation to support continued route development, maintenance, and advocacy.

The route guide includes detailed route descriptions, logistical information, images, and service and water source information for the six Intermountain Connector Routes between the Western Wildlands Route and the Great Divide MTB Route, developed in partnership with the Adventure Cycling Association:

  • The Lolo Connector from Superior, ID to Seeley Lake, MT
  • The Bitterroot Connector from Darby, ID to Wise River, MT
  • The Teton Connector from Blackfoot, ID to Flagg Ranch, WY
  • The Trans Rockies Connector from Salt Lake City, UT to Denver, CO
  • The Mogollon Connector Forest Lakes and Young, AZ to Truth or Consequences, NM
  • The Chihuahuan Connector from Tombstone, AZ to Hachita, New Mexico

(Complete information about the Pony Express Route from Salt Lake City to Atlantic City, Wyoming, the Western Wildlands Route and the Great Divide MTB Route are needed. Cyclists will need to download that information separately.)

The download includes both PDF and ePub e-book formats, as well as the most up-to-date GPS track files and the full set of waypoints for the route. These waypoints include water sources (and the reliability of those sources), campgrounds, and other landmarks and services of interest to cyclists.

The current version of the guidebook does not include the overview maps and elevation profiles. We will email you an updated copy of the guidebook as soon as those are complete.
