Bikepacking Roots -- Supporting and advancing bikepacking

Public Lands photo submissions

Picture
We've closed this page to submissions as of December 26. Thank you to all that shared their photography and public lands experiences with us!

Bikepacking Roots is seeking short submissions about a personally impactful or memorable experience you have had while bikepacking on federal public lands in the United States - Forest Service, BLM, National Park Service, or Fish and Wildlife Service, etc. Are you interested in contributing and supporting our efforts to build awareness of the role that public lands play in the American bikepacking experience? Then please fill out the form below, share a few words describing that experience, and upload a photo.  Submissions will help with a public lands advocacy campaign, and if we feel that your submission is particularly breathtaking, we'll send you one of our new "Public Lands Owner" t-shirt designs at the end of the year (artwork by Kait Boyle).

Bikepacking Roots is the only non-profit organization dedicated to supporting and advancing bikepacking, growing a diverse bikepacking community, advocating for the conservation of the landscapes and public lands through which we ride, and creating professional routes. We value human-powered experiences and an inclusive, engaged, and informed membership (6,000 strong) that makes a positive impact as we adventure by bike.
